About Us - Kristina and Stipe Petričević,

Love for people, sailing and nature is something that moves this two enthusiasts in their everyday and professional life.

Raised in Croatia, they are working as a tandem in constantly advertising the natural beauties of their country to people of good will all over the world.
Kristina has been in the charter business for more then 17 years now, and for the past 15 years she has been the owner and founder of Master Charter company.
Her husband joined her in 2010 and even though he runs a private practice, he has always been a big support to his wife and the main adviser. Together with her husband Stipe, she continues in the direction she started many years ago with main goal to make all her clients feel the ultimate nautical experience on the beautiful Adriatic. Since then, in more then 17 years on yacht charter market, she has build her reputation among the agents, owners and clients. By carefully choosing boats for her central agency she has gathered a fleet of beautiful vessels owned by trusting individualist with a great knowledge of the Adriatic.

As a team of well experienced nautical tourism professionals, with years of experience in providing boat charter services to international customers, they have high quality control of our services by personally maintaining direct contact with every Croatian gulet owner and have personally inspected and selected every gulet in their offer.
This way they ensure to provide their clients holiday experience of their lifetime. And a long list of Master Charter’s repeating clients proves this.

With a degree in maritime management from the University of Split has experience in sales, customer relations and management.

As growing up in family of seaman, Mirna has been connected with the sea from the early ages. Before entering the world of charter business, while being in college, she was working as a hostess on several gulets in Croatia.
Although her real profession is teaching, somehow she finally ended in nautical tourism again.

Working in Master Charter inspires her as she has a desire to show her clients Croatian hospitality and all the beauties of our breathtaking coastline.

She feels like sailing is the best way to do it.

Born and raised in Split this active mom of two boys is always on the go with trying to find more exciting and adventurous ideas for Master charter clients.
Growing up in a multi cultural environment, fluent in 3 foreign languages with experience in human resources, administration and mostly hospitality she will never give up on matching you with your perfect boat and crew. With a strong wish to represent Dalmatia with its natural beauties, remarkable history and spectacular gastronomy, Ivana is “at home” in the gullet sailing business.

To enjoy life she need these elements: sea, food, good company and good music. Ivana is also the biggest enthusiast in our team and everyone loves her spirit.

Kristina has been in the charter business for more then 14 years now, and for the past 12 years she has been the owner and founder of Master Charter company.

She is the kind of person that enjoys what she does and you can feel it while communicating with her.

Clients pleasure is at the top of her priority list as well as a good, steady and trustworthy professional relationship with seafarers who she represents as a central agency.

In her free time, she likes to go to the beach and take long walks with her husband and their pet.

We were born and grew up in Croatia and would like to share it with people of good will. Our mission is to enrich peoples lives by arranging sailing holiday packages through attractive Adriatic locations.

To do this we have invested years of selecting and putting online various sizes and types of sailing yachts, motor yachts, gulets and catamarans which are under our control.

We hire only the best sailors and yachtsmen and most of them are born and raised around Adriatic sea and know almost every corner of Adriatic and wonderful locations around Croatian islands.

We know the people who have small family restaurants which serve homemade food or own vineyards and produce their own wine.
