Airport and transport – Šibenik (around 29 km); airport Split (around 27 km); town Split (around 45 km).
History – inhabited from 14th century.
Interesting to see: Old church St. John of Tragurion (14th century); the parish church (17th century); chapel Virgin Mary (on the peninsula of Gradina; place of miraculous painting found by the fisherman in 1772. which is connected to miracles).
Info – it is a little fisherman’s village with population of around 800; well developed shore has plenty different kinds of beaches (pebble, stone and concrete); known as the safest harbor on this part of the Adriatic; Marina “Frapa” is one of most beautiful marinas on the Adriatic (with swimming pool, tennis court, squash, bowling, table tennis and sauna).
Where to go out: (in August) Fisherman’s Night and Rogoznica Night
Inevitable to see: “The Eye of the Dragon” (on Gradina peninsula; lake with sea water; considered to be a natural bioreactor with biochemical processes taking place there; allowed to swim)
Inevitable to taste: fish soup prepared à la Rogoznica

Luka Rogoznica (settlement placed on the island connected to the coast by the bridge): (waterfront on the W side of the island is) exposed to NW and SW wind. Berth: along the waterfront (W side of the island; depth 2-4 m); along the moles of the settlements Ražanj and Krušćice (E part of the bay); (the best place is) from the E side of the peninsula Gradina (in marina Frapa). Mooring: on the E side of the island.
